Return condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Please contact The Cove before mailing a return so our team can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Final-sale items
Discounted and marked-down items, jewelry, beauty and personal-care products including lip balm and skincare, and intimate apparel including underwear, lingerie, bodysuits and swimwear are final sale for hygiene and safety. Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
